Performance Marketer, Unbloat (Part-Time)

Unbloat, a Gateway X company, is a DTC supplement brand that’s on a mission to conquer bloating. We’ve shifted the business from growth mode to profitability (Read the three-part story - Part I, Part II, Part III), and we’re looking for an all-star D2C performance marketer to team up with our new GM to get us back to a growth track, with an eye on selling the brand in 2025.
We're seeking an experienced, part-time (~10 hrs per week) performance marketer to take full accountability for Meta ad performance. This role requires a highly proactive, innovative, and analytical marketer to manage Meta ad campaigns, drive creative direction, and execute performance marketing initiatives effectively.

This role is a unique opportunity to:
- Build a business alongside experienced bootstrapped entrepreneur Jesse Pujji (Linkedin/X). You’ll meet with him weekly, he’ll coach you 1:1 and you'll grow as a leader.
- Get exposure to and support working inside Gateway X (a venture studio meets holding company)
- Take the reigns on performance marketing an established e-commerce brand and drive key decisions
- Make a name for yourself with little downside and a lot of growth/upside as we build the business to sell in the near term
- Work in a flexible, part-time leadership role (~10 hrs/week).

Key Responsibilities 💪

Meta Media Buying- Oversee and optimize ad campaigns across Meta platforms to achieve performance targets.
Creative Strategy - Collaborate with our in-house designer and external creative studio to conceptualize, brief, and review new ad creatives.
Landing Page Strategy - Partner with the team to develop and A/B test new landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Bundle/Offer/Discount Strategy - Develop and execute promotional campaigns, collaborating with the GM to launch and expand product SKUs (e.g., "Unwind" and "Unstress").
Performance Reporting - Provide weekly performance reports and conduct detailed walkthroughs with the GM.
Roadmap and A/B Testing - Build and execute a roadmap with the GM to enhance Meta ad performance, including audience targeting, messaging hooks, and placement testing.
